Directorate of Property, Procurement and Facilities Management
The Directorate services range from estates, hotel services (catering, domestics cleaning, portering and laundry & linen services), procurement, capital planning and decontamination services with a combined annual revenue budget of £220 million and over 3,400 staff.

Do you fit our requirements?
We are looking for someone who is committed to working in a demanding but enjoyable role in the NHS with a varied portfolio of services that are managed within the Directorate. Someone who is highly motivated and able to use their own initiatives with excellent communication, organisational, information technology and financial/business skills is the ideal candidate.
There will be opportunities to impact significantly to the overall performance of the Directorate in a wide ranging role. This includes working with budget holders, developing business cases, costing and data analysis work and undertaking system reviews and analysis of both activity and cost variances. Reporting to the Head of Finance and working within a busy management accounting office the role involves travel throughout the area and offers a varied and interesting workload.
Applicants should be CCAB qualified, able to work effectively on their own initiative and deliver to strict timelines. Strong interpersonal skills will be required to ensure effective working with staff at all levels in the organisation.
