An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Staffing and Workforce Information Adviser to join our existing team. You will provide a professional and comprehensive service to managers, staff, and staffside representatives across the organisation.
You will have demonstrable experience in the provision of HR advice and support across a range of issues such as Consultant Contract, Job Planning, Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service, New Deal and European Working Time Directive.
You will also contribute to the development and implementation of medical staffing strategies which meet best practice, current legislation and national policies and support the wider team in the delivery of policy training programmes.
Additionally you will provide administrative and technical support for all aspects of workforce information within the HR department and be responsible for maintaining the integrity of workforce data.
The successful candidate will be postgraduate CIPD qualified with significant practical HR experience within a large organisation, preferably public sector. Knowledge of databases and workforce information systems is key, as is the ability to work on your own initiative, planning and organising your own workload.
You should also have knowledge of New deal, European Working Time Regulations, Consultant Contract, Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service.
Excellent communication, influencing and project management skills together with a creative approach to problem solving are also essential in this role.
